Who this fits

Pro fits when the phone is the bottleneck during opening hours: calls during service, missed calls after closing, double-booked slots. Booking online removes that without hiring anyone specifically for it.

Pro does not fit if a page that just needs to be found is enough. Basic covers that. And if you need your own staging environment or restore on request (no guaranteed response time), that starts at Premium.

What is not included

No own container with guaranteed resources, no restore on request, no quarterly content upkeep. That is Premium.

From CHF 1,890 one-off covers the build, setting up online booking, one mailbox and going live; the exact figure depends on scope and mailboxes and is fixed in the quote. From CHF 55 per month covers hosting, backups and staging; it may change with two months’ notice, and you can then cancel. Further mailboxes from CHF 5 per month each.

What is included, on top of everything in Basic

  • Online booking with automatic confirmation customers pick a slot, confirmation goes out without you doing anything
  • One business mailbox (20 GB storage on your own domain, Swiss mail server with webmail and IMAP/SMTP)
  • Extended domain security DNSSEC plus spam and phishing protection
  • Backups, retained for 30 days
  • Staging environment before every change: new content is checked first, then published
  • Database (PostgreSQL or MySQL) for bookings and content that changes
  • Reachable daily 11:00 to 22:00 by email and by phone
  • Two rounds of corrections during the build
