About working together
What if I don’t know anything about websites?
You don’t need to. You provide the content: address, opening hours, what you offer, text, logo. We build the site and ask specifically when something is missing. No jargon, no hosting account of your own, no domain management on your end. See the full process
How many rounds of corrections do I get?
Two rounds of corrections are included in every package. You see a first draft, then request changes: text, images, structure. If you don’t respond within the review period, the site counts as accepted; it also counts as accepted once you put it into productive use.
Can I switch packages if I chose the wrong size?
You can upgrade from Basic to Pro and from Pro to Premium at any time. The switch takes effect at the end of the current month; we carry over your domain, mailboxes and data unchanged. For a switch to a smaller package, write to us and we will look at it case by case. Set out in the terms
About the contract and cost
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. No minimum term, on any package. Cancellation in text form to the end of the month is enough.
Is my website already built once I submit the form?
No. The form does not create a contract, it is an enquiry. A contract only exists once we send you a quote and you accept it. The prices on this page are indicative, not a binding offer.
Do I have a right of withdrawal, like with an online purchase?
It depends on how the contract came about. Contracts made via the website, by email or on your own enquiry carry no statutory right of withdrawal under Swiss law. If, however, we called you as a private individual and you concluded a contract of more than CHF 100 on that call, you may withdraw within 14 days. In that case we hand you a written notice; the period only starts once you have received it. The warranty period of at least two years applies either way.
Can the monthly price change?
Yes. The one-off prices in the quote are fixed. We may adjust the monthly price if our costs change, for example from suppliers, taxes or levies. We announce it in text form at least two months ahead. If you disagree, you can cancel as of the date the change takes effect. Set out in the terms
Is the domain included in the price?
We take over your existing domain or register a new one, set it up and manage it. That is included in the package. Registration and renewal fees for a new domain are shown in the quote, because they differ by ending.
How many pages does my package include?
Basic 1 page, Pro 3 pages, Premium 6 pages. Each further page during the build costs CHF 180. Deviations are stated in the quote.
Are the prices on this page exact?
No, they are guide prices. The exact figure depends on scope, number of mailboxes, storage needs and effort, and only becomes binding once we send you a written quote before the contract is signed. All prices

On our own server in Switzerland, not with an outside cloud provider. See live operations
When can I reach you about an issue or a question?
Daily from 11:00 to 22:00, by email and by phone. We answer by hand, usually the same day.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After the contract ends, we keep your data available for 30 days, then delete it permanently, including backups.
Is there an AI booking assistant that talks to customers automatically?
No. We don’t offer that, not even with Premium. What Premium delivers is people rather than automation, and your own container with guaranteed resources. Premium in detail
How does the email service work for my domain?
We operate your dedicated Swiss email service powered by Mailcow on our own server infrastructure in Switzerland. Because we do not rely on US big tech clouds, brief outages may occasionally occur during maintenance or incidents. The service strictly requires a domain transfer to us. A 20 GB mailbox costs CHF 5 per month, 100 GB costs CHF 15 per month, and each extra GB is billed at CHF 0.25 per month. Available on request with an existing website or when building a new site.
About choosing a package
Which package fits me?
Basic is enough if the site only needs to be found and bookings still happen by phone. Pro fits if the phone is the bottleneck and customers should book online. Premium fits if downtime hurts or nobody has time to maintain the content themselves. Compare
